Karmelo Antony has been indicted on a first-degree murder charge resulting from the stabbing death of 17-year-old Austin Metcalf in April.<\/p>\n

Anthony, who was 17 himself at the time, has confessed to stabbing Metcalf to death during a track meet in Frisco, Texas, and is facing five to 99 years in prison if found guilty.<\/p>\n

His attorney claims the teenager is looking forward to his day in court.<\/p>\n

Karmelo, now 18, has been officially entered into the court system, with District Attorney Greg Willis having presented evidence to a grand jury and\u00a0recommended a first-degree murder charge<\/a>.<\/p>\n
