However, critics remain unconvinced.<\/p>\n<p>Rick Wilson, a Republican strategist and co-founder of the Lincoln Project, believes Trump is showing signs of cognitive decline, citing verbal confusion, lapses in thought, and behavioral changes. \u201cHe\u2019s not the Trump of 2015, 2020, or even 2024,\u201d Wilson said, warning that Trump may not be fit to serve another full term.<\/p>\n<div class=\"code-block code-block-2\"><\/div>\n<p>Despite the clean medical report, Wilson and others argue that test results don\u2019t always reveal real-world cognitive issues, and Trump\u2019s behavior raises red flags.<\/p>\n<p>Journalist Timothy O\u2019Brien added that Trump is reportedly haunted by his father\u2019s dementia and may be driven more by fear than ambition in seeking office again.<\/p>\n<p>While Trump\u2019s 2025 report was more detailed than past ones, critics note that no new cognitive test results were shared beyond those from 2018.
