Elizabeth enjoys a variety of exercises that keep things interesting and challenging. From weightlifting to circuit training, she&#8217;s committed to staying active and trying new movements. Some days she focuses on strength training, lifting weights with control and good form. Other times, she does cardio or group workouts to boost her heart rate. She&#8217;s not afraid to break a sweat and push her limits.
