RealNewsZ13 respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement in line with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable laws.

How to File a Copyright Notice

If you believe that content on our website infringes your copyright, please send a notice to vongrouth73@gmail.com with the subject “DMCA Notice” including:

  • Your full name, address, phone number and email address.
  • A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  • The exact URL(s) of the content on our site that you claim is infringing.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

What Happens Next

We will review valid notices and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the content, usually within 2–3 business days, and notify the person who posted it where applicable.

Counter-Notice

If you believe content was removed by mistake, you may send a counter-notice to vongrouth73@gmail.com with your contact details, the URL of the removed content, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed in error.

Repeat Infringers

We may remove content from, or block access for, users who repeatedly infringe the rights of others.
