Every day she heard loud noises coming from the garage, and when her husband’s secret was finally uncovered, she was brought to tears

One of the promises that two people in love make to each other on their wedding day is to support one another through sickness and health. Discovering someone who truly embodies these words is invaluable, and the reality is that not everyone is fortunate enough to have such a remarkable person by their side.

Brad and Liz from Phoenix, Arizona, enjoyed a wonderful life together. They were blessed with three children, and their daily lives were filled with joy and laughter.

Sadly, one day, they were involved in an accident when a tire on their vehicle blew out, causing Brad to lose control of the car, which swerved off the road and flipped.

Although Brad and the kids only experienced minor injuries, Liz suffered a severe back injury that left her paralyzed from the waist down.

She was devastated, yet she refused to let her disability stop her from fully enjoying life. With her supportive husband and children by her side, Liz felt grateful. However, she mourned the loss of activities she once cherished with her family, like hiking.

Understanding how much being in the mountains with her loved ones meant to her, Brad dedicated himself to finding a way for Liz to experience ‘hiking’ once more.

This caring and dedicated husband devoted three months in the garage to create a custom wheelchair for his wife. After numerous attempts and setbacks, Brad finally built an all-terrain cart that looked like a tank.

When the moment arrived for Liz to discover her husband’s creation, she was absolutely thrilled. It was the most wonderful surprise she could have ever received.

Seeing the happiness in her eyes, Brad, a war veteran, made the decision to create these tools for the wounded soldiers on the front lines.
